In life, we build up a lot of energy. Heartbreak, pain, frustration, rage... and most of the time, we spend a LOT of time trying to navigate or push away these "negative" feelings and get back to a balanced or even "happy" place.  BUT THE ENERGY IS STILL THERE. It doesn't have anywhere to go except build up inside you until you let it out.
